Integrity Claims Solutions is an independent claims operations consultancy focused on fixing the structural issues that slow property claim settlements and drive adjuster burnout.

We work with property insurers to redesign claims workflows around real-world execution—not theory, not software demos, and not one-size-fits-all process maps. Our approach represents a fundamental shift in how claims operations are evaluated and rebuilt, grounded in more than 15 years of firsthand property and large-loss adjusting experience and a deep understanding of how claims actually move from FNOL to settlement under real pressure.

After years inside claims organizations, we’ve learned that adding more quality controls, reviews, and oversight does not meaningfully improve cycle time or retention. Sustainable improvement comes from making adjusters’ jobs easier—simplifying decisions, clarifying ownership, and removing the structural friction that slows files and drives burnout. Unlike technology vendors or general management consultants, we do not sell systems or push platforms.
